At Elevation Framework, we are building future ready apprenticeship programs that blend rigorous training, real world experience, and long term support to launch meaningful careers. Each of our four tracks integrates technical instruction, paid on-the-job training, holistic support, and clear next steps after program completion.
Commercial Drone Pilot
Gain FAA compliant drone piloting experience and become proficient in aerial data collection, safety protocol, and flight planning for industries like construction, logistics, agriculture, entertainment, and energy.
Cybersecurity
Train for a high demand career in digital defense. Learn to identify and mitigate threats, secure networks, and support organizational compliance in today’s data driven world
UX/UI Design
Master the principles of user centered design. Learn how to create seamless, intuitive, and inclusive digital experiences, from wireframes to prototypes to full product testing
Programming
Become a skilled software developer through hands on coding, problem solving, and team based project work. Learn modern languages, version control, and agile methodologies.
Key Components of Every Program
Related Technical Instruction (RTI)
Each apprentice receives high quality instruction through local community colleges and training providers. Courses are aligned with industry standards and lead to stackable credentials or certifications.
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
Apprentices work with employer partners in paid, real world positions, applying their skills in practical environments under the supervision of experienced professionals.
Wraparound services
We support the whole apprentice. Services may include but are not limited to: transportation stipends, mental health resources, tutoring, housing navigation, and career coaching to help learners succeed.
Post Completion Support
Apprentices do not graduate and disappear, we continue to provide career advancement assistance through alumni networking, access to advanced training, and mentorship beyond program completion.
