Elevation Framework is a workforce development initiative created by East Bay NSBE to address a challenge we've witnessed firsthand for more than two decades.

While thousands of students developed strong STEM skills through our award winning youth programs, too many graduates faced barriers transitioning into sustainable careers.

We are building the next step.

Through apprenticeship development, employer partnerships, work based learning, technical education and wraparound support systems, Elevation Framework helps connect talented individuals to the opportunities they deserve.

Commercial Drone Pilot Apprenticeship (In Development)

Our flagship initiative currently under development, designed to create a structured pathway into one of America's fastest growing technology sectors through FAA preparation, hands on flight experience, and paid apprenticeship opportunities.
